Great job young man, I had to subscribe. Reminds me of property next door to me. The house burned and the neighbor couldn't afford to rebuild. He later passed, but his family never looked back. I kept the property up for 12 years and I'm in my 70's with a push mower. Eventually the city tore down the house and I ended up with the property with very little investment. The kicker to the whole thing is, I had his property and mine fenced in years back so I could keep check on him because he was in his 90's. So now both properties are fenced in. Hard work does pay off. God bless you young man, put him first in all you do. I told my son, that the only place you'll find success before work is in the dictionary.

I was an Army brat many years ago, and I lived in a lot of different places. When a place is neat and well-kept, it elevates the pride that everyone has in their neighborhood. People feel like, if nobody else cares about their area, why should I? When everyone cares, the kids feel safer and everyone tries harder to keep thing together.
