Elderly Homeowner PASSES Leaving NEIGHBORS To Wonder about His ABANDONED OVERGROWN Home So I CUT IT!

You All Have Been Looking For The Part 2 Of This Yard And Here It Is! In This Video We Finally Get Around To Cutting The Lawn! We pick back up where we left off in the previous premiere from last week! In this video we find out details on the homeowners whereabouts. The neighbors actually knew the homeowner and respected him due to his wisdom. They called him Grandpa. He passed away but it seems as if no family showed up to take care of the home and landscaping ever since he died. An amazing neighbor by the name of Mr.Lopez knew him and said that the homeowner's son once lived there but everyone including the son has just disappeared with no word. The lawn has been this way for years and the house is just starting to rot. The home is still under ownership of someone in the family. Theres no sign of a move, all of the owner's belongings including beds, clothes in bedroom closets and kitchenware are still in the home. It's as if someone could no longer live there and just left it as is. So my duty was to clean the property to help neighbors avoid pest and wild creatures from making their way onto their property and to also make this home less appealing to folks who plan to vandalize it. Seems like people are quick to mess with homes that look abandoned and tend to stray away from properties that are maintained. I had a great time here cleaning this yard and it was very therapeutic! I met two new friends Mr.Lopez and his son Jason! Mr.Lopez is very wise and was able to give me some good information that may benefit the non profit organization! So I know its a late premiere but better late then never! AP it's very important on this house to check the tax rolls. 3 years unpaid taxes opens the door for someone to swoop in and take the property without a battle. Advise the neighborhood that they may have a vulture perched on the roof of that house. Check out the costs of a package of bees, the cost of a queen. Like you... Some crews make KZbin videos of their adventures. I love how you network in the community. Beekeepers are a valuable part of a healthy community and I think situations like this are an opportunity... If you cut them from their food source wont they die off quickly then maybe you wouldnt need to stick your hand into the gutters. Yikes. Yes the bees will come after you. Hey A.P I love watching you and Al Bladez. I have a question and suggestion. Question have you ever just drove by some of the abandoned home's you've cleaned up to see if maybe they was sold now? And suggestion in this episode is the young man that lives next door that says he just moved down there and is a realtor. Maybe see if he can find out who owns that place and can get it sold for the owner or buy through late taxes and if he gets it sold to give your charity like 10% of the sale and even for future abandon homes that you put him onto help each other out. Hope this information helps. When I was a kid, we treated bee stings ( stinger still in) gently scrape it off so the site is open. Flush site with a little vinegar, then put some baking soda on the site and gently press so it sticks. Then apply a little more vinegar so the baking soda bubbles.you may need help if it is in an awkward location. Generally the poison is neutralized in about 5-10 minutes. Ibuprophen can help with any pain. Keep hydrated and be safe!
