Ive mentioned that before about locking up the rest rooms and power washing which i haven't seen them do. I wouldn't want my child use one of the bathrooms, too dirty. Said some one should be there to let them in the restroom,in case they lock themselves in. Then you lock them at night 6 or7 and unlock in the morning. I think City likes to waste money look at all the people it takes. C.M.

There is an LAPD substation near the basketball court. They hardly even answer the door, much less patrol. On the Santa Monica Pier, there is also a substation. A joke. Virginia Ave. Park on Pico had one. Same. They turned it into a community help center since the cops were never there. A total joke.

So Inefficient! When the restroom is empty, place a Red Flag above it, then Lock It Up. That keeps the room empty, till the janitors can clean it up, and keep anyone out of it till it’s ready. Once cleaned, unlock it and remove the flag. See? EASY.
