Clear Asian Amazing Soup Recipe:
Serves 1-2
Ingredients:
2 tea coconut oil
1 celery stalk sliced
1 carrot sliced
1 cup sliced cabbage
4 cups organic vegetable broth
3 inches sliced fresh ginger
1 cup fresh spinach
14 ounces sliced sprouted tofu (organic, non-GMO)
1 tab Braggs Liquid aminos
1/4 cup chives
sea salt (to taste)
Directions:
Add coconut oil into a large cooking pot that is turned on to medium high heat. Add the celery and carrots (if using garlic and onions, this is where you would add them in as well). Add the cabbage and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the veggie broth and sliced ginger and bring the heat up to high to bring to a boil again. Add the spinach and stir. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer.
In a saute pan over medium-high heat (GreenLife non-stick preferably), add coconut oil. Once melted, add the tofu and sauté. Add liquid Braggs to the tofu and let it cook until browned on both sides.
Add a ladle of your soup base to a large bowl. Add half of the tofu. Add the chives and salt to taste. Enjoy! ;)
