This was a conversation between an excellent mentor and an amazingly well deserving mentee. There were so many take away points that one needs to really listen to this carefully and multiple times to fully internalise the points. I plan to listen to this once a year for next 3 or so years until I am fairly certain that I have internalised the thoughts well so much so that I have started using these mental models in my routine life. Thank you.

Hey @DeepSukhwani ! I would like to get in touch with you to share some resources (youtube creators and authors) that I’ve learnt from over the years. I visited your twitter handle, but I’m not a twitter user. So maybe we can speak thru instagram if that’s ok? Maybe we’ll be able to collaborate like Kunal and Shane if our interests coincide and I’d be really glad on that account.

Country of 1.4B and 10K have watched this gem (Half of it are probably the Western folks) probably because Shane is not known here. It's such a goldmine of insights when two curious folks think loud and interact.

This reminds me of what sadguru talks about in "Inner Enginnering". You decide what you feel rather than someone making you move( environment), heck, you should probably sit him with once for a show😂, his inner engineering paid program goes really deep into these thoughts

Avoid being hijacked by emotions and falling into automatic reactions. Use mindfulness, step out of yourself, employ metacognition, and engage in "clear thinking"!
