If you're using the built-in Android OS on the board, the EasiNote app is pre-installed and should appear in the apps list on the home screen as demonstrated in the beginning of this video. If you can't find it, you should be able to download it via the Clear Touch Store app. If you're using a PC, you'll need to make sure that software is installed. You can download it from Clear Touch here: www.getcleartouch.com/download/easinote/

With Cleartouch interactive displays, what you describe is actually built-in right out of the box as part of the Cleartouch software package. You can watch West talk more about the annotation feature at 02:49 - you can use this feature to write over top of any screen, including KZbin videos. Neil, you don't necessarily need a computer but you can hook one up to it. The screens have android built in so you can simply use that.
