@@LadyMaryBeth: so glad you feel as I do about painting older furniture! Unless it's original intent was to be painted, and it has a lot of mixed woods. First thing many channels want to do is chalk paint something! Soon there won't be any beautiful, natural wooden pieces available.

That Kings Crown pattern glass set was a delight. The glasses look in better condition than the plates. Not usually keen on coloured glass but that was rather nice. The Hampshire pattern set was beautiful. That double grape candle holder would be a perfect gift for a wine connoisseur. Another fun retail adventure. X

Hello Lady Mary Beth! I am a huge fan of your vlogs as I have commented on previously. I wanted to let you know if you don't already know there is an amazing store both physical location where pets are welcome and also an online store that has at least 450,000 China patterns available. Plus crystal, silver sets and estate jewelry and more. The name of the store and website is Replacements, Ltd. Both you and I collect the Waterford Lismore Crystal Collection and I have my fair share. However when I watch your vlogs I know you are always on the lookout for pieces for your friends that may have broken a piece from another collection or want to add pieces to their collections. So you were the 1st person I thought of after this website popped up on my KZbin page randomly I was amazed at their vast selection including expensive holiday ornaments. The store is beautifully decorated. I don't remember where it is located. It might be fun for us as your viewers to do a vlog for you to film and educate us from their business someday. My Uncle crocheted as therapy from the War. He continued crocheted most of his life even using an eye magnifier. He made doilies, tablecloths and my cousin's wedding dress. He made me a pineapple patterned doily that I picked out of a pattern book. He could point out the mistakes on the picture. I now have about 40 doilies. There doesn't seem to be a market for doilies. I'll never sell the one he made just for me. And the cleaners ruined my cousins wedding dress. She found out around 35 years later when she opened the box. Her daughter didn't want a crocheted wedding dress anyway.
