Whenever I see someone do a in store video, I immediately go online to see if they have the colors that I like and just have them ship it to me. I just refuse to drive and be disappointed. Yes, the possibility of shipping cost adds up to about close to driving to Michael’s but I’d rather just click and move on. ❤😊

I actually went to a Michael’s that has those yarns and are still on the regular bins with the regular price tag. But when I scanned on the self price checker, it scanned the clearance price. I got a full cart of yarn…🎉🎉🎉

Ya'll can have that Cozy Boucle... Its baby yarn, but its hand wash/dry flat... Been there, done that with other Michaels yarns, I ALWAYS check care labels now. But they are beautiful and the price is pretty good. The creme cotton is the same unfortunate situation...

Michael's and JoAnns have Really Gone Downhill in the states of Indiana and Kentucky 😢😢 . Empty shelves galore and yarn selection is 👎. I wish I would have taken pictures or video, but figured it wasn't worth my time!!. Good luck everyone on finding what you want 😏. Wish I could find a GOOD yarn store. Thanks for sharing Ginger!

Last time I went to our local Michael's store, I looked at the yarn isle, cried in silence turned and walked away. My hubby met up with me on the way out and said, well, why didn't you get any yarn? I said let's just go, get in the car. He knew not to speak. 🤣 But did offer to take me to another store. I said no, sweetheart I appreciate it, but my day is over now.

Donna here, I went today to see what was on clearance at my store, the lady there was not very forthcoming. She acted like she didn't know anything. I thought maybe I missed it so I asked if they recently had a clearance sale and she said it has been about 3 week since they had a sale. (I'm thinking she meant the regular 30% sale) My Michaels and Walmart suck in the yarn dept. (I'm 2 hours north of Alexandria La)

Honestly so jealous. My store was wiped clean. :/ I managed to find a few things on clearance but not enough to really make anything with. I had never seen the shelves so bare. Sadly the next closest one is like 2 hours away. :/ Too bad I can't order clearance online. -_-

My michaels has gotten rid of all wool. I went last week to see the restock after all the clearance and mine is almost all loops and threads and other acrylics. They're down to one skinny rack of sock yarn and have no lion brand fishermans wool or Patons worsted wool anymore.
