Thankyou Tim. I've done your walking meditation twice now. Yesterday I felt. Very exhausted and challenged by my own thoughts and feelings. And felt very disconnected from my divine path. Unable to speak my truth. My throat chakra has become blocked and. It's manifested I too tonsillitis. Im very rarely ill. But feel I have been challenged very much this past two years and more. I continued to hold the light and continue my purpose to serve all of mankind, rising above the realms of illusion to do the work I know I incarnated to do. This last shift. Has definately taken its toll on all aspects of my life. I'm praying that the spark within me I can continue to strengthen until it glows like a roaring fire once more. It feels very much on a human level like I have had the rug pulled from under me. I feel new more exciting things are ahead but for now I am floundering a. Little. Would appreciate healing support in whatever form. I'm so grateful for these mini meditations to help me at this time. I am the light of source. I am a particle of stardust. I am an angel of the light. My ember is still alight. Now I must strengthen it and allow for expansion once more. God bless have a wonderful day namaste xxx

Deeply grateful, thank you Tim. 1:11pm just as I finished the meditation. I woke a few times last night with strong neck pain and inflammation - struggling to overcome chronic illness, but knowing that all the physical experiences are part of the journey. I have wondered the same. For three days leading up to 10/10 I had vicious migraines. Then last night my feet felt as though they were glowing. My intuition indicated that it's all part of this process. And the migraines in particular were connected to the Ulta Major. There is nothing that or bodies can't recover from. ❤️
