Totally feeling this shift yes. I have been working though stabilizing my emotions and the other day someone hit my car. I got mad. I got upset. I flipped out. I recognize this was irrational as the stoic part of me wants to remind the 30 something's and up that most cars these days are plastic... It will bounce back and not rust. Relax it could be worse.
