It's not necessary to know anymore. There is just too much. Have to just clear the energy as soon as possible. We haven't got time to analyse everything.

Few days I had in the morning difficulties to start up my root chakra so I could use this one... I followed up your advice to focus on something else... did the create distance tool ... also the shadowwork meditation are addictive it causes grief but the outcome is marvelous. The root shakra is somehow the center if its not working the rest just will not function😊
