Man I've been running that shredder comment around my head all day. Makes 100% sense now. Run a nice peice of wood once in a while to clean up the shoot. Instead of just the bamboo at all times. Sounds like a great idea. Appreciate the feedback! Thank you

Not sure if that process would suit your bamboo application but maybe worth a shot from those aggravating clogs, not to mention down time. Best o luck 👍

to fully rid bamboo you have to know how it works and use it against itself. stiffle its growth by using how it grows. it takes a minimum of 4 years to get it to "d!e" honestly. and daily working on it to make sure its not less than a foot in growth if you decide to tackle it with chemicals. so many factors. People really dont think when they plant invasive and awful.

How much is a project like this?
@Tree_Boss2 жыл бұрын
All depends really. Could range anywhere from 7k-10k depending how much in depth you want the clean up. We also gave this customer a very good price so might be even more depending who does it. Make sure to check part 2 if you havent! So you can see where we finished the job.

Less talk, and show more of you cutting the trees. Could be a great video if you showed the trees being cut. More action.

Completely understand! Appreciate the tips. Its a bit hard for me to record everything since it was about a 10 hour day compressed to 30 minutes as well as me working with the guys at the same time. I will definitely keep it in mind. Some Like me explaining other don't. Either way I appreciate you taking the time to watch! Thanks for the tips

Also the trees being cut are in the next video that was uploaded rite after where we stump grinded the whole area as well as removed both trees.

Why is bamboo such a bad plant? I live in Montana ,and know nothing about this plant. You and your crew are real professionals.
@Tree_Boss2 жыл бұрын
Appreciate the comment. Bamboo is a great if your going to be harvesting it since it grows very easily. It can be used for tons of things. The bad is that it will basically grow any where even in places you dont want it. People have completely removed it even with roots an some how for some it grows back. There is a couple home remedies ive heard of but havent tried. We deal with it here an there out here in Jersey. Not much but when we do its usually because its already out of control. Its tough clogs chippers etc completely destroyed our blades on the chipper. Leaving them un usable haha thanks for watching!

Ever thought of giving your remaining bamboo leaves and branches to a guineapig rescue or animal shelter. I know the guineapigs love to eat bamboo leaves, they ,the rescues , would really appreciate the help too.

Might as well get the roots of the bamboo up also . No need to leave the roots

Excuse my ignorance but I have a question.....if the bamboo is not ripped out of the ground, will it grow back ? You guys had your work cut out for you on this one....lol
@Tree_Boss2 жыл бұрын
Yeah your 100% rite if you dont remove the roots it will definitely grow back. In this situation here we stump grinded everything hoping to get rid of it. The customer will need to maintain it to hopefully one day get completely rid of it.
@brianredban9393 Жыл бұрын
That bamboo will grow right back. You need to dig the roots up. It's a very invasive plant
@bd80262 жыл бұрын
They didn’t understand bamboo takes over quickly 😮
@Tree_Boss2 жыл бұрын
They understood they would need to keep maintaining it. We completely grinded all the roots in hopes of making it minimal work for them. Appreciate the comment
