I actually do a similar meditation every morning. I use the Clearwaters of the Earth to refresh and cleanse all the cells in my physical and energetic body. Then i call in the energy of the sun to repair and activate all the cells to their optimum potential. Thank you for this meditation! 🧡 I hope e get more of these gems
