One of the things I love most, is taking my friends’ dogs on walks with my own dogs. They all love each other and have a great time. I love the walks when everyone just wants to sniff and stride around softly with the weather being brizzy and a comfortable warm. 🥰 Happy to see you again, Jamie. 💛

Oh, I so relate to how you're feeling about Done & Dusted. Just finished it today, and it's an utter 1 star, I found the writing to be too poor/flat, and no development happened for either the characters or the relationship. Disappointing, but yes, I do recommend the Chestnut Springs series instead - it is much better! (and the first book is the 'worst' - still pretty good - of them, so please don't get too discouraged early on, it does get better as the series goes on!!) ☺ Happy Zuko gets to stay with his mama! ✨ I am glad you are doing better!

So yeah... I was finally going to delve into the SJM world... CC interested me most being an Urban Fantasy and I'm not new to fantasy so I could handle it, but then I went down the rabbit hole on booktube & booktok on how to read SJM... I learned all three series are like a multiverse! And I won't get the full experience of CC without having read the other two series! And then there's the whole debate when to read Assassin's Blade and then you have to tandem read two of the books... One BookTok said read the first 3 ACOTAR books, then read Throne of Glass series, then read the last two ACOTAR books before starting CC... At this point I was over SJM and decided to start The Boys of Tommen series and I'm a much happier reader 😁
