I have never seen the green onions prepared like that! So interesting. it does seem like Bibi is quite itchy. Maybe it is that his wound is healing and therefore it’s itchy. Could be. In Greece we put the fish in flour, we turn them 2-3 times so that the flour sticks to the fish. Lightly press them to remove the excess flour and fry them. So the fish tastes more crispy.

Hello again! I notice you don't bread your fish for frying, we bread ours in the south U.S. with cornmeal,salt & pepper. Then make bread called hush puppies from cornmeal,chopped onion,egg,milk,then form.into balls & fry. Maybe you would like it if you try it sometime.
