Dustin, I thank you so much for all the countless hours that you and your spiritual brothers and sisters have put into this study. You are truly seeking for knowledge as though it were gold and not simply taking the position of, “why does this matter?” Also, When we begin to see the word GOD as a TITLE, like the word Lord, is a title, it is reasonable to see both Jehovah and Christ Jesus as God, because God is their title. This is why I believe it to be very important to use names. PSALMS 83:18 That men may know that thou whose name alone is Jehovah, art the most high over all the earth.

This group promotes the Doctrine of the Roman Catholic Church, it says in The Catechism of the Roman Catholic Catholic Church, pp. 72,73 "The apostolic faith concerning the Spirit was confessed by the second ecumenical council at Constantinople (381): "We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord and giver of Life, who proceeds from the Father." By this confession, the church recognizes the Father as "the source and origin of the whole divinity"....The council of Florence in 1438 explains: "The Holy Spirit is eternally from Father and Son; ...He proceeds eternally from both as from one principle and through one spiration,... And since the Father has through generation given to the only-begotten Son everything that belongs to the Father, except being Father, the Son has also eternally from the Father, from whom he is eternally born, that the Holy Spirit proceeds from the Son." For the Catholic Church, The "Father as the source of the whole divinity" because for them the Son is eternally born of the Father, and the origin of the Spirit in not unconnected with the Son's origin.”

Another misconception is that we blasphem against the holy spirit. Also that we hold the same views as Jehovah Witness or Mormons. If people would just listen to what we actually believe and set aside any prejudice , preconceived ideas and opinions and just hear everything we have to say.
@Sirach1446 ай бұрын
JWs believe Jesus is not God and was created. Mormons believe God had sex with his goddess wife and Jesus was the offspring. It’s no where near the same thing.

In Daniel chapter 2 and verse 45, there is a clue as to the son of God being begotten. It says that the rock who represents Jesus was cut out of the mountain with out hands. And this is why Jesus can be called God. The rock, once separated from the mountains, still has the same minerals as that make up the mountain. The mountain represents the Father and the rock is Jesus. This rock was torn from the mountain (begotten). This is why Jesus can be called God.

@@lmaca7032 Maybe so, but here is where we split hairs! .... After Christ was born from Mary on earth, the Catholic Church exalted her as the "Immaculate conception" and worshipped. The Holy Spirit was considered a third person a "Trinity is worshiped. This is blasphemy!

I don’t understand how. The kingdom is always typified by a mountain and Gods Kingdom crushes all other kingdoms as per Daniel 2:44. How does this end up becoming Jesus?

Arius did not believe that Jesus was created. In fact, he had exactly the same problem that they claimed that he believed that. He never said that. Arius had the right belief. He was murdered for it?

Hebrews 1:8: "But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God is for ever and ever:" The phrase (O God) in the Greek is (ho theos) = [The God] This would be the correct translation: "But (unto)[concerning or regarding] the Son he saith, Thy throne, the God is for ever and ever:" Hebrews 1:8 in the Greek: Toward yet the Son the throne of you the God into the eon of the Rod of straightness the Rod of the Kingdom of you In scripture when one addresses the God of Israel as (O God)[The God] it means they are acknowledging that the addressee is their God. (O Theos)[The God] Look at Psalms 43:4 “Then will I go unto the altar of God, unto God my exceeding joy: yea; upon the harp will praise thee, (O God)[The God] my God. So what verse 8 is saying is “Thy throne is the throne of God, your God, for ever and ever” Jesus sits on His Fathers throne executing the authority of that throne for ever and ever. Just as David and Solomon set on the throne of Yahweh: 1 Chron 29:23, 2 Chron 9:8. To sit on a throne means one assumes the authority signified by that throne. David and Solomon where given the right to execute the authority of God’s throne over the nation of Israel. The angel Gabriel told Mary that Jesus would be given the throne of David (Luke 1:32) Please look at Psalm 45:6

People struggle with Calling Jesus “God” but it’s not that hard…he is made from the DNA of God…he is his son.

Dear Dustin Butler, if you read Isaiah 9:6 from BibleHub/Interlinear Hebrew/English translation, so you find one very important thing, that The Son of God is not “The everlasting Father”, but Son’s God is The everlasting Father (John 1:18): “For to us a child is born to us a son is given to and shall be the government on his shoulder and called his name Wonderful Counselor the God mighty the everlasting The Prince of Peace”.

again this group promotes two Gods, the Father and the Son, and the Son is lesser compare to the Father. One is all mighty the other is mighty. one is not begotten the other God is begotten. But The Word of God said there is ONE GOD. No Jesus said "my God and your God" in John 20:17 beacuse in John 1:18 He Became Flesh or became human,

Angels are not called sons of God. The sons of God that shouted for joy is speaking figuratively, its talking about the sun and the moon.
@johnnylanda68234 жыл бұрын
The sons of God who shouted are the sun and moon, Hebrews 1:5 tells us plainly that God has never called an angel his son. James 1:17 says God is the Father of lights, the Concordence bible translates lights as luminaries, especially the sun and moon. Job 38:7 is mataphorical speech. It's not literal. Precept upon precepts, line upon line, here a little there a little.

Jesus said that his Father is the only true God. Therefore, no one else can be God in that way. Jesus is God in that he is the express image of God's person. Also, disagree with your teaching that Jesus pre-existed his birth into this world. He was fore-ordained according to 1 Peter 1:17-20. According Luke 1:26-35, Jesus is the Son of God because he was conceived by the Holy Spirit in the womb of the Virgin Mary, and he was confirmed to be the Son of God by the Spirit of holiness by the resurrection from the dead. The difference from the Father and the son is Omniscience, only God is all knowing. The Father, the omniscient One, created the world through Christ Jesus. Christ is the light of the world, the way to eternal life. He, the anointed One, God gave to make an atonement for the sins of the world. You need to understand that unless you believe in that atonement, and know that you are bought with the price of the blood of the only begotten Son of God, you will assuredly be bound up with the wicked one. If you continue to cherish the theories that you have been cherishing, you will be left to become the sport of Satan’s temptations. He is playing the game of life for your soul. Remain for a little longer linked up with him, and be assured that you will lose your soul. . 18LtMs, Lt 253, 1903, par. 21
