I’ve been running seriously for 3 years now and I can’t recommend it enough- it’s done wonders for my mental health during lockdown! My fave clothing items for running are the sweaty Betty power leggings, a nike 1/4 zip top, and ASICS trainers. The Lululemon define jacket is also amazing for when it’s a bit more chilly. If it cold when running you want to wear skin type long sleeve top and Nike leggings. When it Warm Capri leggings and a vest top.

I know how you feel, I had the same happen to my parents house, where I’m still living and it took the men three days to complete it luckily we have a showers that was not connected to the heating and that so at least we had hot water and we could wash but it’s so annoying not to have heating , we ended up with heating fan all over the place for one weeks and it was so annoying be glad we got it shorted and some for you too

I run all the time 😌 and I’m a running coach. In my opinion you need some good running shoes and you need some Nike long sleeved t shirts and leggings. I use Nike or lululemon. Also running socks Balega are the best 😊 and make sure you get some good quality supportive sports bras- Nike or lululemon I think are the best!

Love the natural chatty nature of this vlog. Just an FYI, I’m from Vancouver, where Lulu Lemon is based. In 2015 they got in massive trouble for comments their founder/CEO made about women over a size 12, about people of colour, older women and Asian people. He basically said his clothing was only made for young, vibrant, ultra fit girls and he’d be disgusted to see anyone else in it. He also said Japanese people “sound funny when they try to pronounce things”. He said the only reason why his Lulu Lemon tights wear between the thighs (a complaint thousands of customers had) was because of women’s “chub-rub”. He said the reason why women have breast cancer is because of the pill-popping, smoking cigarette, career hungry women of the 90’s. He said that birth control had caused the divorce rate to rise. His wife invented the Lulu Lemon Qemir fabric and he gave her little to no credit. It was all over our media and papers for mooooooonths. I boycotted them after that as did most of Canada. Yes, he stepped down from the board but is still a part of the company AND it shows until those remarks made headlines they’d allowed that behaviour for many years. Bad company values. I hate that it’s now been forgotten and people in the U.K. basically have no idea and think it’s this fab brand, when it’s in fact, awfully bigoted.
