I certainly agree with the previous commenter said - it's more difficult than it sounds to treat neuropathy at home. You should be aware of this and take advice from others. After 17 years of eating like complete crap(since I started college), it's finally starting to catch up to me. I've been continuously up until now, been eating fast food, drinking soda, snacks, chocolate. I think I'm prediabetic, or I have type 2 diabetes. I have neuropathy on my arm and hands. I'm doing keto now to hopefully reverse neuropathy or prevent diabetes.

I was diagnosed with diabetes back in march of this year. Mt dr. put me on metformin 500mg twice a day. In 2007 I was rear ended in a car accident and I have had 4 surgeries, back surgery for tethered cord, 2 neck fusions and right shoulder surgery. I also suffered a traumatic brain injury and an inner ear injury. I know I have nerve damage from the herniated discs but I am losing more feeling in my hands and feet.

I do accept what the previous commenter have written - it's more difficult than some people make out to find a natural remedy for neuropathy. Be careful and get help from others. Ok, so the solution is to change the blood sugar levels permanently by permanently changing the diet. Anything else is a band aid and temporary. I heard Jason Fung is one of the best in this area with provable results.

Thanks a lot fore your answer man i much appreciated !!! I was at tow different neurologist's one of them told my that i pretty much need a surgical intervention, and the other told my that first i must try with some pills Gabagamma and stuff fore three mounts. To see if the nerves start recovering, so far is a little better but is steel early to tell, and they both told my to immobilize my hand. But i'm steel using my hand doing house work and stuff, so i guess i have to stop.

Go barefoot as much as possible. Wear sandals (not shoes). Get regular pedicures. Rub oils (not creme) into the feet daily. This helps immensely.
