I see on your NAD configuration that you set the vendor name "Aruba", but you are using CISCO switch/ router. Why is it okay? Should it changed to CISCO or is there no option for CISCO?

I set my to Cisco to be safe. there may be some unique VSAs.

I would add to be sure to disable any other default TACACS services on the server or they may interfere with authentication.

I have to reorder my services, but it is the only only service with "connection" equal to specific NAD address
