Dude this scene hit freaking hard. I loved that Ais was so assertive with Bell in this scene and it gives me hope that Omori can actually do a good job writing Bell and Ais romance once he gets to the last couple arcs of the series (cause honestly, this wasn’t bad at all from Omori, I was actually surprised since he normally is terrible at writing romance).

This is not bad but he needs to read more romance stories not to fumble the upcoming arcs. We want this Aiz. And we don't want to see Bell being shy, nervous, spineless.

@@mini_e5128 I understand this comment considering her past but I hope people don’t forget that Bell also has been through hell in season 4 and soon to be season 5. Bell deserves his own happiness as well and Ais is the one that is canonically able to provide that for him (was even shown in this little clip Omori wrote when Bell was still depressed about Artemis and Ais makes him laugh uncontrollably with her air headedness and basically heals him).

I have an interesting idea for a video. How about this idea, the world of science fiction collides with the magical world like Danmachi. For example, people from the planet Earth learned to fly to other solar systems and discovered a planet with the city of Orario, the crew wants to return back, but the ship does not have enough energy to return back. However, they find a way out in the magic stones of the monsters and, under the guise that they are like Hestia’s adventurers, together with Bel, they go down into the dungeon. At first they will hide from everyone that they are from another world, but during the war game against the Apollo family, everyone will find out the truth. After which people from Earth will intimidate the pagan gods of Orario, that if they try to recruit them into their families, they will use their weapons, which are on their ship, and he himself will be in orbit of the planet. They will be destroyed and cause great damage to their world. The story could end with the fact that people from Earth will discover the Xenos and ask to be allowed to live on the surface, many will be against it, but Freya will agree on the condition that if her family defeats Hestia’s family and the people from Earth, then the Xenos will live in the dungeon, and the people from another the world will become her subordinates. But if Hestia and the people of Earth win, then the Xenos will be able to live on the surface. Of course, the people from Earth win, after which the Xenos begin to live on the surface, and by this time the people from Earth manage to collect the required number of magic stones for their ship and fly back to Earth!

I feel like the whole issue with Freya’s decision to go with her backup plan and try to take and claim Bell for herself even though he loves Ais will only bring us closer to seeing everyone ultimately realize how important and strong Bell’s feelings are and hopefully lead to them trying to show their love by supporting his feelings. I don’t get much time to get my hands on the newer volumes of the Light Novels, but this is all I can guess from all I’ve read so far so if I missed anything with my thoughts I’d actually appreciate being informed of what I left out. Hope my hypothesis sounds somewhat accurate.

Yes, I too think. And what I understood is that it's a more profound love between Bell and Artemis. But as the goddess is not in this world anymore, it's a love that will have to wait for another life. "I'm sure this promise is for a distant future." (Bell) Until that moment, Bell might unite his life with Aiz for a 1 life long relationship. "Until the day that we can meet on the same sky, I hope you can keep smiling." (Artemis) I think that she encourages him to live his actual life to the fullest, including with Aiz.

[SPOILER] Cuz at the end, Artemis point of view seem to be diferent : "so listen, when that day comes, we'll catch upon 10 thousound years of love". Bell doesn't answer because of his emotions, but i think he feels the same way. This ship is another level...

It's as the same with Hestia and the promise with Ais was forever, a girl that he actually loves. And after that, Artemis character it's weak written after all so...

Omori put out a tweet recently that the main series novel and the Sword Oratoria novel are going to become more intertwined with the next upcoming volumes, so he recommends to read both series. Many believe that this means the next big arc is going to be Ais' arc.
