I love chorizo but do you know what it really is. it's lymph nodes from cows. it's a bit greasy as a sausage . but it sure is yummy

I will be honest no i didnt and had to google it but it would seem not all chorizo is the same and some doe contain lymph nodes.But im guessing its like anything if they can get away with inluding it as a meat.I must say if it tastes good why not.Im quite partial to most things (except hearts cant bring myself to again) Now liver on the other hand mmmm

The kind we get around here is in the shape of link sausage. The casing is sometimes plastic. Of course you don't eat that part. Otherwise it's packed like any other pan sausage. Thanks again for the sub. Cheers =)
