We’ve been waiting for quite some time to shed some light on this situation, so for Season 8 Episode 7 (Joint Enterprise) we were happy to welcome Cleeshay to share his story; having been convicted for murder under the joint enterprise law for a crime that was committed whilst he was still in school uniform.
Cleeshay talked us through his life story so far, including family life, school days and what happened before, during and after the murder in question. He talks about being shocked to get found guilty of murder when he hadn’t actually murdered anyone. He tells us how it felt to become a lifer at such a young age with a 12 year recommendation before being eligible for parole.
Now a free man (never really free with a life license) for about a year, Cleeshay is embarking on a music career after one of his freestyles from behind the door racked up numbers on KZbin, currently sitting at 1.1 million views.
We then put him through his ‘RTM Fire Round’ before getting into some ‘Current Affairs’. A break was then taken for some ‘RTM Banter’ and the ‘RTM Dilemma and ‘Book Suggestion’ closed the show as usual along with some RIP’s & 3’s. The main subject was obviously ‘Joint Enterprise’ which we spoke about throughout.

Season 8 has had absolute gems of episodes, previous seasons there were some episodes which were absolute howlers because Spray's ADHD was running riot lol but this Season I'm glad he's managed to reign it in and add a degree of professionalism. Cream asking them deeper questions too, keep up the good work as always! Amazing ep and i wish Cleeshay the best, great guest.
