Well that's never a good day. Hope the damage isn't too bad for them. Saw your skid pop up on another random channel. Have to say yours and cleetus sounding super crisp, love it. Them skid fires though, thats that methanol life on the skid pad. Gotta be careful of exhaust outlet location and direction. Methanol residue can build up in exhaust and easily ignite for a number of reasons, combine with super hot melting tyres back there, its been a recipe for skid pad fires here in Australia since they started using methanol in the blown cars years ago. Sure tyres can catch but add methanol to the mix and its almost not if but when. Some comps over here have even used heat cameras to pick up the almost invisible methanol fires. Heaps of cars here run the pipe outlets well clear of the body although I would think just directed out away from everything would have to help. The old Death Trap is definitely sounding sick and really coming around nicely bro, the effort you putting is plain to see in performance. Keep rippin them rear bags off it. Loving it

from wat i seen on a few other video clips the front isnt all that bend up , basicly needs to replace the sheetmetal on the passenger side from the door forward maibe the nose too , they make new metal for that though they might want to make a spaceframe in place of the camaro subframe and inner fenders

@@watahyahknow I've just never been a huge fan of Toast from day one. When Cleetus had Warbird, that car gave me goosebumps every time he did burnouts with it. Toast never has made me feel like that. A smaller, unique car would be a much better platform. More purpose built would be better in my opinion.

You would think between Steve Morris and Stevie Fast Jackson the could get Toast to run decent but I agree that engine really never has sound super crisp. I have to wonder if they are way to conservative on the timing would of liked to have heard that engine run when it was in the burnout car that it came out of before the chassis went back to Australia and with the original injector hat on it before Cleetus put that carbon fiber Top Fuel hat on it. Anyway once they fix the damage from the front end wall tap it would be nice if Cleetus could get some who is truly familiar with blown methanol injected engines to Dyno tune that engine so it has a nice crisp sound to it
