Rob Taylor and I wrote that piece on the way to Tulane during the 1981 football season (I played quads and Rob played snare). The boredom from the long bus ride down to New Orleans was the perfect catalyst for being creative. It is a simple little ditty, designed to be a "dueling banjos" rhythm - snare answers quads, and so on. What a great season we had and what a great season we had 35 years later!! Tiger Band is amazing now, and the drum line is fantastic. GO, GO, GET 'EM TIGERS!!

my high school played it different. end tenor solo was longer, and a different opening. but watching this brought back memories!
