I made mine just like yours! Sapphire is my birthstone I couldn’t wait to get started on it. I did use just one clasp tho, and I did get 3 colors of cylinder crystals. Hi! I think a two strand version would definitely work, and look equally as good. I only noticed these beads this summer, Potomac Beads has a “product spotlight “ video that makes me think the beads have been around since approximately April this year so that’s fairly new. The Crystal Cylinder beads came from PotomacBeads (Unfortunately, I just looked at their website and it appears that they are out of stock) size 2.5x4.5mm (I’m sorry) I wish I had better news-- --Someone suggested using bugle beads as a replacement and there are some beautiful bugle beads. I tried the link for the clasp, and it took me to the right place. Although if you go to the firemountaingems website the item Number is: H20-B6482FN It is a four pack with two different styles, that’s the only way it’s sold but you get some extra clasp for later. I made a skinnier version with only 3 bar beads and 2 crystals per row and added cylinders along the edge between the 11/0 seed beads beside the outer bar beads..

Hi, great question. They would have to be small cube crystals maybe a 1.5 MM size. I did see somebody in the comments say that they would make one with bugle beads and I think that would work great too. Hopefully this helps and I hope you have a beautiful day.

You don't reinforce! Why? That's not safe! You'll loose the bracelet in no time!

I do retrace the clasp, so you must be referring to the bracelet pattern. I really have not had breaking issues with my Fireline. The “turning point” of the thread lays on seed beads and bar beads which don’t have a tendency to cut thread like crystals can. Although I love a good reinforced thread path I just didn’t think it was absolutely necessary for this one. I see nothing wrong with doing it if you want to, sometimes when Im just beading I think I over do it. (I used Wildfire to attach some beads to a string on a material mask used and washed & dried (no kidding at least 200 times) and it never broke. That made me a firm believer in Wildfire to say the least. Hope this give you some insight to my thought process. Thanks and have a beautiful day.
