I've been using org-mode for about 3 years now to do most of my learning/programming and it's served me really well. Seeing this makes me super jealous. It's exactly how I want to work. Its incredible that you can keep using emacs too & check your stuff into VC. I'm sold! PS. I also love that it's idiomatic in clojure to use threading macros. I always find them super nice to read and to compose.

This is quite interesting. I thought just use org-mode and export to x but this makes good sense. It is more portable obviously and it looks easy enough to understand. If I want to do some notebooks in clojure this looks like the tool to use.
