Secretariat ভালো হলেও কোনো year এ যদি ৬০০ জন join করে, তাহলে ৬০০ জন ই কিন্তু deputy সেক্রেটারি হয় না...

Secretariat promotion is good, but the number is quite low against the number of person join the service and the very promotion list says for it, compare with same age same caste category(this rarely happens) candidate in both LDC post and any WBCS group D post. WBCS Group D will win always, not to forget LDC start the career with much lower salary and even if for argument LDC cross WBCS Group D promotion stage then also lifetime salary of WBCS Group D will be much more.

Secretariat is far more better than WBCS group D. Also than C ( if not Under 28yrs.)

খুব ভালো ইনফরমেটিভ একটা ভিডিও। ক্যারিয়ার দেখতে গেলে সেক্রেটারিয়ট অ্যাসিস্ট্যান্ট রা ঠিক wbcs এ এবং বি গ্রুপের পরেই। গ্রুপ সি বা ডি থেকে অনেক বেশি সুযোগ থাকে প্রমোশন এর PSC ক্লার্কশিপ এ।

Stop living in illusion, WBCS Group C এর promotion Secretariat এ LDA এর চেয়ে অনেক ভালো.

WBCS gr C Gazetted officer....at present 49000 rs salary....LDA 28000 RS....in terms of respect Officer should not be compared with a clerk....but it depends on everyone's capacity and choice...
