Good Afternoon Joe, You keep bringing the HEAT with beautiful homes like this one and definitely love the fact it’s actually a GAS stovetop..... I love the 3 car garage and the master bedroom is beautiful just would add a tub in there for the wife.... The backyard is so peaceful and also made me forget it doesn’t have a pool back there..... All the upstairs bedrooms look real good and definitely like the room with the extra space in the back for the kids video game room..... Absolutely stunning the only things that are missing is a large soaking tub in the master bathroom, a door so go on to the lanai from the master bedroom and a door from the breakfast nook to the lanai and a balcony on the 2nd floor. The loft space is a little small but it will do. Quick question, do you have a video for the Sardinia floorplan by Taylor Morrison homes? I'm in love with the Tuscany Model, the Sardinia and this one, OMG this going to be hard👀😭😭

What I don't understand is, they put a bunch of nice details all throughout the house to make it more "upscale" and then use cheap ass wire shelving for the closet and pantry that you get at Home Depot. That is something that you get in cheap starter homes. Custom shelving is not that much more expensive and makes a huge difference. That would be an automatic "no" from me if a builder does that.
