Cleveland Browns at San Diego Chargers, 1985

I brought my VHS camcorder to the Chargers-Browns game on September 29, 1985, at Jack Murphy Stadium. I took this footage from my seat in View section 39, row 2. It was a lousy game for a Chargers fan - they lost 21-7 and Dan Fouts got hurt early and missed most of the game. Highlights:

0:59 - Gil Byrd recovers a fumble
2:33 - TD pass from Fouts to Jesse Bendross, 54 yards
3:10 - Fouts injured on this play. You can see the next play he is limping during the handoff.
8:44 - Mark Herrmann pass intercepted by Don Rogers.
10:04 - Kevin Mack 10 yard TD run
10:17 - The Chargers band (this is before they piped in "stadium music")
