I found the cure for my plantar fascitis! I tried this stretching, cold bottle foot rolling, special socks, blah blah blah and none of it worked. What did work and it worked in only a few days. FOAM ROLLING my calf muscles!! I started doing this for a few minutes every day and after 2 days my pain was practically gone. I have continues to do this before any walks and the fascitis has not returned. Try it!

Thanks to you JUDY. I have flat feet from birth. 2 days ago i played some sport, then gardened yesterday. My feet and ankles were in severe pain. Especially the tendon running down the ankle to the instep. You excercise relieved me in 5 minutes. Wow. At 50, I should know this stretch. Learn something new and effective every day peeps.

I find the exercises beneficial in treating symptoms that arise when my Plantar Fascitis come inflamed. The exercise relieves tension throughout the lower extremity. Yoga is kind, gentle and effective because it challenges strength training in my abs, stretches both lower extremities with the runners lunge. It's a great way to warm up your muscles and ease aches and pains. Namaste!

Appreciate Video! Sorry for the intrusion, I would love your opinion. Have you considered - Mackorny Feet Ahead Blueprint (do a google search)? It is a good one of a kind guide for Relieving foot pain without the headache. Ive heard some decent things about it and my friend got amazing results with it.

Thank you! I do these stretches regularly but without first softening the muscles. I think that made a huge difference because my heel felt looser this time after the runners stretch. I do a lot of walking and cardio/aerobic exercise and the pain has become excruciating.

Thank you so much! I am so glad that I found your video. I twisted my ankle last April and shortly after I had heel spur. I had inner soles since. But the pain didn't really go away. Since I have been doing your easy exercises (I am 76), my heel spur hurts a lot less!

I see mine twice a year, tell him my knee hurts, my foot hurts, my shoulder hurts, etc but I guess since I don't have a bone sticking out and I'm not crying and wailing he doesn't believe me. So here I am.

I've had pf for about thirteen years. I had tried the runner's stretch for years with very little result. A physical therapist showed me to do the little bend that is shown here and it has made ALL the difference. Just remember to be gentle about it.

There are several things for cures for plantar fasciitis Try to rest your feet Try Wearing supportive footwear Use ice on your heel Take ibuprofen or another nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug to lessen pain and inflammation Wear night splints Try stretching and strengthening exercises. (I learned these and the reasons they work on Rohon foot care website )

was having heel pain from past 3 months but I ignored that. 3 days ago I searched for heel pain treatment. I found some of the videos about stretching Exercises and Icing. I followed the videos. I did stretching and icing and believe me or not, my pain cured the third day.

Great advice! It sounds like calf muscles are the main culprit, and this helps. I also hear much about stretching the toes and ball massages under arch. Would you advise these as awell? Thanks much! Toney

I don’t have this condition. However, I broke my foot early March of this yr. Not my ankle. My doctor just removed my air cast and foot surgical boot and said ( No Surprise!) I need to slowly incorporate weight bearing foot, ankle, and leg exercises. She printed out some sheets with exercises for me to do. One exercise, ( that I can’t do) mainly focuses on the Plantar Fascia ligament. None of the other exercise’s she gave me only focused on those main muscles/ ligaments so, I searched on utube to see what I could find. I must say. I’m going to try some of your seated exercises/ stretches. Thank You!

I had been to numerous physicians as well as podiatric doctors, and yet I was still in frequent soreness which made me nauseas and stressed out. Sylvester Chint Well, it’s only been a week, and my past experience with plantar fasciitis is that it can take quite a while to recover. That being said, I think it may be helping a bit. But it may be a while to recovery.

I had a rolled ankle sprain and it is feeling better,but now I'm getting plantar fasciitis. Is it common to get this when recovering from the ankle injury? Thanks

Robert Hancock is it the same ankle? I had a bad ankle sprain and was not properly treating it, still running and because of that I was running in a different way and got plantar fasciitis in the other foot. Now my ankles back to 100% but my other foot is killing me.

How exactly am I supposed to do these exercises while my heel is in so much pain, it's screaming agony to put the tiniest amount of pressure on it?

MY SOLUTION: Bring water to a small boil and pour it in an empty wine bottle. Put on a sock and roll the bottle on the floor forwards and backwards for 15 minutes. Then take off the sock and do it again.

@@JM-ug1lx That is true for very hot water. SMALL boil with thick wine bottle works. Dipping your foot in a bowl of very warm water helps too. In the end, custom Dr Scolls insoles with NB foam shoes worked best for me.

@@chasedavidson2855 just keep going. Thats what I’m doing. Small improvements are better than none. Also running on treadmill at gym made it feel really good. Weird I know. Also stretch it out before standing on it. Wear crocs in house.

Exactly what I’m going through! When intake a shower I get foot pain after about 10 minutes of being barefoot I literally can not walk around without slides on my feet in my house

Not much help with the Plantar Fasciitis but that stretch sitting in the chair @ 1:39 sure does stretch the ham's. I be using that one from now on . . . I guess you could do it standing if you can lift your toes doing it.

I had a problem with plantar fascitis and plantar fasciitis. the pain lasted for about a year. it hurt so bad that I thought about amputating my leg. I tried various therapies - wave therapy, plasma therapy with my own blood, started using orthopedic insoles, went to physical therapy, bought massage balls, received cortisine injections, tens device, night splint. nothing helped. THE ONLY THING THAT HELPED WAS A HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINE AND THAT "HEKLA LAVA E LAVA, D30 or some other potency, tablets

There are several components to plantar foot treatment. One resource I discovered which successfully combines these is the Natural Foot Wizard (google it if you're interested) definately the most helpful treatment that I've heard of.Check out all the awesome info .

Are you cured? Is it fixed? It's been a month for me and pain is horrible. Doctor say it's not Plantar fasciitis, as there is no pain in the heel. 😭

@@deninekitchen2464 injections are not permanent solutions. But they give you relief from pain for certain amount of time, which is good. Once the pain comes back you will have to take the injections again. So far my father took only once and it's been more than 10+ years and he still is perfect. The permanent solution is excercise. it takes a while for pain to go. I am planning to take injections as well. Let's see what the doctor has ton say. But so far my disease is unidentified. Hope it's Plantar fasciitis and I'll take injections. Cuz my heel is not paining only front side of the foot and feet where pain is the most. My pain is 24/7, but it hurts mostly in the night for me. Probably due to my cycle of work as I work in night shift and sleep during the day. But walking doesn't hurts me. Have done all the test, including x-ray, I even did HIV and kidney test. I had high sugar which can also cause similar pain. I reduced my sugar from 108 to 91. Also the similar pain can occur when b12 is low, my b12 was low at 181, now I have increased it to 908. I think its Plantar fasciitis or probably due to my smoking habit.

Keeping ur back straight and breathing does not affect ur plantar fascia. Prancing barely works the tissue. No wonder, there r multiple comments suggesting alternatives. If the pain gets intense pls visit a podiatrist.

.... If you ignore knee valgus and keep working out, there will be bursitis on your knee. Knee bursitis happens by trauma, infection, and inflammation. Knee valgus gives a lot of stress on your knee because you rotate your legs internally when you squat. In order to fix knee bursitis, you should meet an licensed specialist. If It is serious, surgery should be needed. I have seen one athlete. Her knees slightly cave in when she squats. Now, she has got knee bursitis which is infrapatellar. If she didn't fix knee valgus, she would quit her sport quickly.

My doctors haven’t helped me get better. They just want to give me a pill. I cant take the pills. I am suffering and they don’t seem to care or the don’t know HOW to help me. ALL they really know how to do is prescribe a pill. Which, for me anyway, has caused more problems.
