That is not Warsan Shire there - at 3:25 - but the amazing Nigerian writer Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie... The only collaboration Chimamanda had before with Beyoncé was when Beyoncé sampled part of her TED talk "We Should All Be Feminists" for "Flawless" but certainly, not for "Lemonade."

My English teacher showed us the whole Lemonade movie thing and it was AMAZING. I didn't like Beyoncé before but after all of the aesthetic scenes, powerful feelings, and beautiful songs, i'd totally listen to these songs(perhaps I will NOT listen the monotonous and mundane songs that you listen in the radio before). I'm the cynical quiet kid that listens to rock, metal, soft music like Daughter(aka Elena Tonra), et cetera. This film was so beautiful and i was mesmerized the whole class period. I don't think anyone else in the class was as engaged and linked with the film like me! xD

Just like the stylist dressed her, just like the set designer designed the set. She didn't even write all of her songs. I'm a huge Beyonce fan but her fans need to stop looking at her like she is superwoman because that's a huge burden to put on someone and its just not realistic. The average women struggles with just cooking dinner at the end of the day after their job, kids, and husband are tooken care of. Stop looking at her like shes any different.
