Sounds kind of weird, but if you part ouch into two syllables, you'll quickly hear that you say the o and u separately. Then just figure out how you say the o and that's practically how you say the a in adidas

This is literally my everyday life. You could catch me every third day wearing something that was technically from the men's section, whether it be a sweatshirt that just was better quality than the women's one's, or a unisex t-shirt, or long-sleeve shirt (because I generally dislike super tight long sleeve shirts and usually for women, it's cut that way so it can be more form-fitting.)
