Cheat day is mostly posted Saturday late morning/early afternoon eastern time for me. Don't know about different time zones, but I've seen them posted during the week, too. If you watch enough of this vids, they should be in the recommended section, or pop over to check their channel to catch up

How do people not like guava? My favorite time of year is when the guavas from the tree in my front yard are ready to be picked and the smell fills my house. We make guava and cheese pastries, guava Pop tarts, guava jelly.

Cuban sandwich: Ham Roast pork Salami Swiss cheese mustard Pickle on Cuban bread That's it. And the home of the Cuban sandwich is Tampa, Florida. It was created as a sandwich for the immigrant cigar factory workers in Ybor City.
