if im not mistaken this is based on a true happening a malay lawyer helped this lady with a lighter sentence..... in fact, the actual lawyer was interviewed in a podcast....first time hearing it.....my eyes just flooded with tears😢 the elderly lawyer is the actual kind hearted lawyer with the heart of gold

Greetings from Malaysia, and thank you very much for your reactions Clevy. Welcome to the wonderful world of Hari Raya ads in Malaysia. Every year we're waiting for the ads presented by corporate entities and we knew most of them will touch our hearts. This one from RHB - a banking institution, based on a true story happened years ago. And recently I read an article by the lawyer somewhere, telling story that he was approached by a young man who was looking for him for a long time. This young man reminded him about a mother he helped long time ago, stealing for her son. After the hearing session, he even pass around a container for everyone in the courtroom to contribute to the mother.🎉 That brilliant boy had found him and they became friends ever since. They visited each others during Hari Raya and Deepavali celebrations.

Thank you for the reaction. I suggest you react to our very old and nostalgia hari raya telefilm. The movie is about the disabled husband and his wife living in an old hut abandoned by their successful children. This is a very sad movie release during hari raya in year 2000. There are 2 part of the telefilm. The telefilm called 'Pondok Buruk'. I cannot post the link here because i have posting for 2 or 3 times with the link but the comment automatically disappeared after that. The movie have english subtitle included.

It is depends on the accuser. Like you said, it can be settled outside the court by agreed to take portion of salary. But in this case, I think the accuser want this case to be judge in the court as example for others to not messed around with him/her in the future. Applaud to the lawyer who work hard to help the family as he knows why the mother do such action.

I like your LV t-shirt Clevy, very pretty. Have a great weekend. This video is very touching...a real story. True, first and foremost, we're humans first...we all have needs. And this mother had a very legitimate need, she wanted to reward her son for topping his class. Her love for the son was so deep, she was willing to do anything...and in her desperation, she stole a pencil case. Of course it doesn't justify her action ...but to be sentenced to 7 months for that when people commit bigger crimes. This video is a lesson in the realities of life, most inspiring, and the young boy is now a lawyer himself. Harsh realities can end in amazing ways. Thank you En.
