I think they are gonna cause problems with avalance (again) cause Sara gets an illness which will turn into a power and it will make her a more difficult person personally. And ava is gonna be unemployed And we will get to see how she will interact with the rest of the legends. The EP said they have storylines for both Sara and ava outside of their relationship

This was a fantastic panel! I was looking for something new to watch on tv, that was entertaining with a good story line, and at the same time, had the representation. I had gotten done rewatching Wynonna Earp (currently waiting for the new season about to start), Carmilla, Wentworth, Station19 -- and just needed something new. I had seen Caity when I used to watch Arrow. I loved Stephen Amell in Arrow. He did an amazing job at that role in general. I enjoyed how realistic the fight scenes were in the first few seasons. So, when I saw the representation for Avalance, I figured I'd give the show a try. I'm glad I did! I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed! Caity does an incredible job at playing a kick@$$ lead role! Shes the boss! And this only strives to make me want to see more work from her! I've also watched several projects that Nick Zano has done and Brandon Routh -- both of them are awesome! And honestly, Ava quickly became my favorite character in the show in season 3! And as much as I love the representation, I just love the dynamic between their characters -- Ave and Sara. They're both very opposite, yet very similar. Ava is the type of person that needs structure and organization, and a plan, while Sara is the type that just "goes with it" and takes the risks. Yet, they're very similar in the fact that they dont really have any blood related family (anymore) -- they have each other and the Legands, and both of them always want the same outcome to make sure everyone is safe and to fix the timeline. As characters, they challange each other, and lets face it, it's been a bit since Sara's been in a relationship -- she deserves it! And one thing that I love that the writers do, is even when these characters get in a fight, they usually communicate to make their relationship work -- sometimes it takes 2 episodes, but it still works out for them to be together. One thing, I have to give credit to Caity and Jes -- I've noticed that it doesn't matter if the scene is focused on another character, they still act the relationship -- whether it's holding hands, a hand on the shoulder or whatever. Many other shows we watch, if there is a relationship -- unless the camera is focused on those characters, they don't show like they're in a relationship. So, applauding Jes and Caity for remaining in the character relationship in the background even when the scene isn't revolving around them. And I have to give mad props to the writers, directors, editors, stunt doubles, and Caity and Jes -- these 2 characters have a lot of physical fight scenes together -- ever since Ava came on the show in Season 3 and they are perfectly portrayed. Between the fight scene with Caesar's men, the pirates, the "Ava Clones," the serial killer, they were executed perfectly -- here you have a relationship between 2 people and they both have each others back during these fight scenes. I've seen many fight scenes between characters and the way these 2 are able to protect each other, count on each other and at the same time, individually defend themselves, yet be so in sync when fighting -- they're in my top 5 favorite duo for fight scenes! So nothing but appreciation to the writers, directors, editors, stunt doubles, and Caity and Jes on these scenes -- they're amazing! And to be able to see Ava hold her own against Sara, who was an assassin, is just brilliant! With Ava being my favorite character -- the writers did an excellent job with her storyline and Jes portraying this character did an incredible job! I do like how her character was very serious in the beginning and then transitioned to become someone who gradually became emotionally connected! Shes funny -- same thing with watching Jes in this panel -- her laugh legit made me laugh! I'm kind of hoping some episodes this season are geared towards her agan. I feel like in some aspects, the writers should do something where maybe one of the Ava clones gets out into the timeline, or several of the clones get out and are wandering around the timeline, to which point, Ava learns stuff about herself. Or maybe Ava meets the creator of the Ava clones and learns why they did it. Maybe Ava keeps it a secret from Sara and goes back to that time in order to fully research the clones. Maybe we find out that Ripp left a "goodbye" message to Ava -- explaining what he did and why he chose a clone, and what his hopes are for Ava. Maybe Ava feels like because she's a clone, shes the only one that can defeat a mortal enemy cause they'll bring in another clone. OR, one of my favorite ideas would be an enemy takes Ava and replaces her with one of the clones -- this clone finds its way into Ava's apartment, Sara's life, and aboard the ship. It would "act" like Ava does, but eventually Sara feels something is "off" when the clone goes to kiss her, and then she has to find out where the real Ava is at and what's going on. I just feel like Ava had a lot more "fun" to her character (which is perfectly fine), but I want to see some of the tough/hardened Ava back and see some of her serious side back too. I feel like she should push Sara away, like maybe become distant (kind of how Sara does when she has a problem), cause she wants to handle the problem herself -- but not to the point of them breaking up. I love Ava's "fun" side, but I also want the balance back in her personality with the tough/serious exterior back. And in some respect, I want to see Ava have a "fun" friend -- like Nate and Ray had a "Bromance" going on, I almost want to see Ave and Nate have that fun level of friendship. I feel like that would be awesome for Jes and Nick to portray. We've also heard Ava say, "I thought I waited a long time between partners ..." since she was essentially "moulded" by Ripp, I have a hard time believing Ava had time for anything besides the time bureau, let alone a relationship. We've seen Ava get jealous over some people/one night stands in Sara's life. It'd be nice to see either Ava's partner(s) come back in her life OR see someone that's attracted to Ave come into her life. Not to make the Avalance relationship break up -- as I feel like they are already cemented and strong enough to withstand that, but every relationship has drama and I feel like it would be a nice character shift for Sara Lance to show that jealousy over someone she loves. Especially since Sara is such a confident character, so to see an insecurity when it comes to Ava, if someone came in and was "hitting on" Ava would be a nice change -- just to know that it's not always Ava that's inseucre and jealous. And while we're at it, with Ava not having a childhood since she's a "clone" -- did she make up the paintball party on her 15th/16th birthday, when her and Sara were on their first date OR is that what the "actor" parents told her, so that's what she remembers? And did they just throw any date out and say "that's your birthday" since she's a clone and technically doesn't have a birthday? Also, as a clone, does she even age? See, sooooooo many questions about Ava's storyline -- I'd just love to see more! Another thing that was talked about in this panel was whether or not Sara and Ava should get married. Not gonna lie, I would love to see Avalance get married! I think it would show how far Sara's character has come. Having said that -- I do understand Caity and Jes's point of view about the life partners thing. If they were to get married -- it would kind of be redundant since Arrow and Flash both did it. I feel like if they were to do life partners -- there should be some type of ceremony -- like a wedding, but without papers and it should be Sara who suggests it. We all know Ava's all for it, but I feel like it needs to come from Sara to know that she really wants to be with Ava forever. I'm still moreso for an engagement/wedding for Avalance, but if there was a life partner ceremony/celebration, I'm for that too. And another idea for an episode (cant remember if they've done something like this or not), is for everyone to loose their voices and can only communicate by text -- but the only one that can talk is Gideon and she has a field day with no one else talking. If anyone knows any of the writers -- drop them some ideas -- I'd love to see these ideas be played out. And I do love John in the show, and I understand he screwed up the timeline, but his storyline is too overdone and overplayed at this point -- It's starting to get boring to me ... that's just an opinion though. Also, I tend to wonder if Caity loves directing more than acting or vice versa and what her thoughts are on it. I think she did a fabulous job directing! Season 5, episode 6 -- some of those camera shots were just incredible! I was just highly impressed! Having said that, she didn't have a huge roll in the episodes she directed, and I missed seeing her in those episodes! In regards to this panel -- this was a "fun" panel. I haven't seen many panels for Legands of Tomorrow cause I just started watching the show a few weeks ago. I commend Jes for coming to thise panel and clexicon, especially since she had another important engagement to be attending. But just love it! Amazing panel! Awesome show! Has the perfect balance of fun and seriousness to it! Can't ask for anything better! Thank you for sharing this! Much appreciated!

You should watch the show. start from season 3, because that's where the Avalance begin. And believe me you won't get disappoint. Ava Sharpe is the my favorite character on the entire show and Jes macallan is my favorite actress in the whole world.

I am so in love with these two beautiful, hilarious, inspirational women! COMPLETELY IN LOVE! their chemistry is palpable in real life as well as in character and I truly wish we get seasons more of Avalance. Watched this like 5 times, and I still feel sad at the end with what Jes shared. Also, after watching Season 4x12, I now understand what they were talking about at 24:44. And then at 25:13, it's possible that Caity was thinking about Ava's costumes in same episode 4x12 (or maybe some episodes that haven't been aired)

I guess Jess said the "Boxes" means in Ava's purgatory (Season 4X12) the very last part, there are lots of AVAs in the boxes, and the first one is actually the real Ava in it. After the episode they are officially back together. That's why Caity said she forgot if they're back together or not or how.

Key highlights, Jes' answers and reactions all through this are just oml so much gay-suggestion and I love it 😂 I mean Caity was great too (she always is) but like literally everything Jes said was, it was so funny. Also "It only takes a smirk" 😏😏... Oh and Caity reassuring Jes that she deserve to be at things like this because yes so many people do love her and that yes she is that great of a person and actor, and like just that whole pep talk she says is the cutest thing ever, that's just true friendship that she can do that in front of all these people even. And lastly my heart melted as Jes' speech at the end, I'd read her instagram post already about Emma's passing (rest in peace) but this was just so emotional and inspiring to hear, and the fact that she went to this and had such a bright attitude all the way through it, despite having to miss the funeral to do so, all because she knew that's exactly what her friend would have wanted, it just touched me so much and shows the sort of people they are. (Oh and special mention to Katrina Law appearance, like the timing of it, mixed with whatever the hell she was doing, and then Jes pretending to snap her neck and such 😂😂) (Also just realising most of these are related to Jes things, so I want to add that Caity was also hilarious in too, like always, I just remember more things Jes did, oops)

I don't know why I like this woman, since in the 2017 film "an uncommon grace" then I watched Mistress Josslyn aka Jes Caracther in Drama series and now Jes on Legend of Tomorrow, her personal profile was amazing and when the Cxelacon Panel 2019, at the same time she made me feeling happy, funny and emotional. she has positive energy. as Caity told the Panel before. this is Jes Macallan
