When it comes to the care packages, try putting em closer to the enemy sides or spawn so they have a higher chance of taking them than your own teammates Its how it made it much easier for me when going for dm back when this came out

Sometimes I use the T7 patch but when I'm not I'm still able to run the game fine without being hacked but I can get booted off the game!

Might not be your graphics card it could be the game cause I get stutters sometimes too just wait until the client version is out for free in the summer where all those server problems won't be a thing!
