Shes done dude. The Anime companies are looking at copyright issues while Google is investigating KZbin for claims of catering to her and giving her special treatment. You get three strikes for copyright issues and *then* you're terminated. I believe shes been terminated twice, but the second time only lasted for a week or less before being removed by her KZbin assistant who had to cancel his fucking vacation short. Imagine being in her shoes, the paranoia, the walls closing in, knowing theres no way you can evade the incoming storm. You cant feel bad for her, she did this all to herself. Not only did she basically steal money by robbing creators, she also jeopardized other channels and harmed them, asked fans to flag and report everything. What's fucked is, if she didnt attack other channels, she would more than likely be getting away with selling other artists material and continue profiting.

I'd never thought she would ever stoop this low. When I saw her Let's Play like Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy games, I thought she was pretty cool. But from I've heard these days, it's like she's doing something totally illegal and uncalled for. A full unedited episode stuck in a corner in a reduced size with someone's pokerface taking the majority of the screen can be seen as copyright infringement (which is illegal) due to lack of editing and commentary. On the other hand, pausing said episode every now and then to provide proper reactions or commentary, or editing snipets where the "reactor" has a more lively reaction, either option done in a way that gives more attention to the person reacting and not the anime itself, can be considered "fair use", if only just very lightly (will be up to the court to decide whether it's "fair use" or not). Example of a commentator that does reactions the right way would be Chadtronic. An example of a reactor who's walking a very fine line between fair use and copyright infringement is Spaz Boy Comedy.

I didn't even notice that. When her video was up the like and dislikes were disabled (obviously) the thing I did not notice until this video makes her more suspicious: the comments. They were on for a while but HEAVILY moderated so every comment seen was for her support. People even commented on this and later had their comment(s) deleted. Now she has completely disabled them since that made her suspicious and this just adds more to our side.
