as a 18 yr old guy in uk i was known as the quiet guy in primary/high school due to bullying problems/fear of the bullies would hurt me etc. social anxiety is like a fly that won't go away.

Hi. It is actually quite simple, do not care what they think. people judge no matter what you do be it bad or good. So just do you and do not change for anyone; be unapologetic for who you are and go on about your day.

Yes, all you said is true one hundred percent. I am now almost 25 years old. From fear, a constant feeling of insecurity, fear of rejection, and constant caution against the reactions of others, rejection of disclosure, a tendency to isolation, and the consideration of loneliness as the best companion, this is my hair and the feeling of the majority, I think. To overcome insecurity and loss of confidence: Do not whip yourself, Retire what harms you,be a close friend to yourself, focus on the small steps. I have suffered a lot to fix my deformed self. Finally, I will leave a wonderful phrase that expresses me in particular: "Painful childhood memories form an inner voice reminding people of their failures. I am not fluent in English. I try to learn, change and feel Thank you very much, my dear, I love you, you are a good example through your words and videos you make me feel good🌷.

1. Work on yourself for yourself. Not for someone's validation. 2. Try new things that interest you. Express yourself, your passions and interests. It will draw people with similar interests to you. 3. Surround yourself with people who make you happy.

I'm soon doing inspiration people in my R.S lessons. I am going to definitely write about you. I can relate to a lot of your videos and you have helped me through tough times of bullying x You have helped with my self confidence and lose some insecurities. If I have a bad day I always watch your videos and feel better about myself. You have helped me decide that I want to start writing poetry, I don't have enough confidence to say it out loud at the moment, I'm also to scared to read it to my family. In the video you said to find things your interested in, I know I'm interested in creative things like art, writing, dance. My only problem is, is that I don't write or make some art that I like and I feel like I'm not good at dance. I'm doing a form thing in front of my year about this quote "you were born an original, don't die a copy" I am going to write a poem and show to my form tutor, I don't think I will be able to read it out myself but at least my point of view is out there.
