ClickUp CRM 2024: How to use ClickUp as a CRM

Hey boss great video. Just wanted some clarification on what you meant when you mentioned that Clickup might not be able to handle CRM Tracking, you had mentioned using the lists, then maybe folders but to be warry. You mention this at the 24:10 minute mark. Thabks in advanced. I'm looking for a new system, to handle our current and hopefully new customers, just scared of bottlenecks and applications that die out.

This is great! I do want to point out @ the 12:20 mark you said you are unable to create a contact under an organization without manually entering into the contact list. If you begin typing a name that is not in the contact list a popup will appear asking if you want to add a new contact! Hope I explained that correctly.
