I didnt know what i did wrong before i startet watching ur vid, but after i changed first the Hardware to a bit higher it worked (i was changed it after i created it and i dont worked). LoL.

How can i put the iso file in the vm i cant locate it

Locate it on the host by doing a search for *.iso and then drag and drop it in.
