Hi Brent, Thank you for the informative video on the Client Billing system at Cloudways. I have a couple of questions and a suggestion for future improvements: Suggestion: It would be great if we could link clients with projects so when we assign clients to a project with a monthly service and that client fails to pay the invoice, it would be beneficial if the system could automatically put the client’s account on standby until the payment is received. During this period, a custom logo and message from our company could be displayed on all domains related to the clients project. Billing in Chile: The system currently works with Stripe, but unfortunately, Stripe is not available in Chile. How can I automate billing for my clients in CLP (Chilean Peso)? Do I need to register a company in the United States, or is there another way to handle this? Thank you for your assistance and looking forward to your response.

Hi @saykopikey, Thank you for your suggestion. Currently, assigning a Cloudways app to a client’s service in such a way that the app is automatically disabled if the client's hosting service invoice becomes unpaid, is not supported. Also in the first release there is option to connect with stripe payment gateway only. However, we have noted down your request and will forward it to the relevant team for consideration in future updates. Please feel free to ask any other questions or you need further assistance.

@@Cloudways Thank you very much, indeed adding a few more payment gateways would be a nice next step, for example adding Mercado Pago you could have all south america in the business, also having Paypal is a must.
