Hey Conner, This is amazing. I have a couple of questios. When setting up a new client in Chat-Dash, do you pick the password for them or are they sent sign up instructions. Was a bit confused with this part. Also, can clients see their token use in analytics? Are they paying for their own token use or how exactly does that work?

All great questions Paul. 1. You pick the password, and then they are sent signup instructions (and then you provide them the password) 2. Clients can see token usage at the bottom right corner of the analytics page, but you have to be using Voiceflow tokens through their Knowledge base in order for this to work. 3. That depends on how you setup your pricing with your client. Remember, a lot of clients aren't going to have Voiceflow accounts. I offer my clients a base monthly package that includes unlimited usage that is based on expected website traffic (with a catch if they exceed X amount)
