so you managed to create a client that reads all rathena backlog info? so with this people could just translate RO to 3D easily?

'Easily' wouldn't be the word I would use, since you would have to recreate the assets from RO from scratch, but it would technically be possible. The client I was working on didn't use any actual assets from Ragnarok Online, it just used the rAthena open-source emulator.
