Appreciate your honesty you know more about kerfing than I do glad you got it dialed in! I did a similar fit test once to figure out the tightest fit for some of my magnets I use in my custom silver art bar protectors made out of clear acrylic. I simply made a bunch of holecuts an increased each hole by 1 mm and then fit tested the magnets to come to the right fit. I must of made about 20 different hole sizes. Maybe I went up every 1/2 mm cant rememvber off hand. I still have that test wish I could post it for you but as you know we cannot. Have a great new week! Tomorrows a BIG DAY!
