Dana here. With the firm's growth, my responsibilities have expanded, and I cannot work directly with new clients as I am out of capacity. While I wish I could clone myself, the next best option I’ve found is to design an entire process - which everyone here uses. It is critical to me to build a firm of W-2 employees (whereas many firms have independent contractors) so that we can require people to follow processes that are best practices for retirement income planning.
