The full size Spitfire had 6 (six) degrees of dihedral. Maybe yours would benefit from the same--especially in turns and general manoevreability .

Alright Cliff, .. this does seem to be more stable now, eh? I recall this being quick to twitch, unexpectedly. Not having flying models, myself .. I would not have guessed that it can be this much of a process.

Not usually this much of a process but she was originally a free flight design and I had 'tinkered' with the wings quite a bit!
