This is the house I would love to come to after a long day of work due to having so many places to crash and take a nap....just gotta remember not to hit that big ol rock on the way in...

Haha, your comment ROCKS, @JCat373! You are right, the nap zones in this house are indeed top-notch.

That rocks gotta go, gonna get old quick. The water feature, waste of money. Chandelier, too decadent. The "spa" needs to turn into a lap pool with beach. Keep the rest of the backyard, loved it. No view at this price. Out the door must be over $3M. Property taxes?

Hi @alanwilson2073, and thank you for watching! I see your points, especially about the rock feature and the water element. Perhaps a more natural or minimalistic design could feel less overwhelming and more timeless. The idea of turning the spa into a lap pool with a beach entry sounds refreshing and practical. Agreed on keeping the rest of the backyard's charm! A good estimate to go by, for property taxes in Clark County (Las Vegas, NV) is .91%.

Wayyy too much rocky theme!

I appreciate the comment, @@JustinAdamsMD. The Rocky vibe is definitely strong with this one. The builder might have gone a bit rocky-crazy, huh? What kind of vibe would you prefer - more of the modern side, nature-inspired, zen-ish, or something completely out there? Let's rock this feedback to the top!

Why do America have such old fashion bathrooms and toilet should never stand on floor, in Europe we never use paint in bath rooms , big tiles andr quartsize.. doors all way to ceiling I thought was normal

@@hawaiiansuperpunchLa i know, these days America is behind Europe in so many ways.

Hello @Haidi533, and thank you for watching! That's an interesting observation. Bathroom designs indeed vary greatly, reflecting cultural, historical, and practical considerations. While some American bathrooms might seem 'old-fashioned' or less private to some, they cater to a different lifestyle and aesthetic. It's fascinating how something as common as a bathroom can tell so much about cultural differences. What's your take on adopting some of these European designs in America or vice versa?

@@eugeneprospero Yes wonderful idea, 🤩and also agree culture is beautiful, and we see it in our homes
