More or less a joke as to connecting the money to value , as actions are being taken based on large experts views, not from the ground reality! So, how can you explain the bridge between the clouds and the ground? Just impossible, businesses are not structured for that and correlation to best practices don't mean anything, simply "black boxes", or "anti-systemic"!
