Sir, what is meant by flashing of liquid?

Due to pressure in pipes generated through the pump for force full pressure so that feed can rise up in the pipes Usse generated force ki vjh sae vo jaa kr deflector par strick krta h ussi ko flashing of super hot liquid bolaa gya h

When liquid is pumped through the pipes there is a pressure in area of pipes. When it reach the pipe end (upper side of equipment) the pressure suddenly reduce. When li liquid move from high pressure to low pressure zone a flashing occur and boiling point of liquid reduced. So liquid evaporate below its boiling point. This is the real concept of flashing
