Awesome video, I summited may 31st of this year, It was the hardest, yet most rewarding thing Ive ever done in my life.

I climbed it in 73 before it blew and it was a very hard climb then!

lol, I summited MSH last year via the Worm Flows Route... had an easy enough time getting up... hit the summit at 6:30 am on the dot... but was sleep deprived and accidentally went down Monitor Ridge while it was still under 5 ft of snow... when the blue diamonds disappeared and the trail vanished, ended up shwackin' back to the parking lot for like... 6 hours Was an unexpected journey

I think its stupid that you have to have a climers permit to enjoy nature

It's the same reason why there's a climber's register. It's so they can keep track on who is on the mountain at all times. You don't want to hike up 8000+ feet onto an active, snowy volcano, accidentally lose your footing and slide down - and no one knows you're there, or to come looking for you. There's no cell phone reception up there, so if you're lost or need help - you're kinda screwed otherwise.

So nice that our resources provide you the job to patrol us, and charge a us to climb a mountain that was here long before us and will be here long after us ,thanks big brother .

you don't have to pay before March 31st. They do search and rescue as well for the Yahoos that don't know what they're doing. Has to be paid for somehow.
